Can I call or email to make a reservation?
We no longer have reservationists but you are welcome to hold waterbikes at least 24 hours in advance at our reserve bikes page.
Do I have to make a reservation?
Nope! You can walk in during our walk in hours. Walk in hours are seasonal and updated at walk in hours section below.
Is there an age limit?
There’s no age limit to ride a waterbike. Riders only need to have a 28 inch inseam to reach the pedals. That means from the top of the inner thigh to the floor needs to be 28 inches in order to reach the pedals. Children are welcome to ride as long as they can reach the pedals. Children under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. Riders must be under 250 pounds.
What if I can’t swim or ride a bike?
Guests don’t need to know how to swim or ride a bike in order to go on a waterbike although, we do require guests to wear life jackets if they can’t swim.
What should I wear and what should I bring?
Wear anything you’d like because you don’t get wet unless you want to. Keep in mind that your feet may get wet so don’t wear any shoes you don’t mind getting a little bit of salt water on. You can wear sandals but we do recommend sandals with heel straps. We suggest sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and a towel if you plan on going to the beach.
