By purchasing or booking any service through lbwaterbikes.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
All bookings are reserved in advance and hold a specific time slot exclusively for you. Because of this, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
This policy applies to:
- Hydrobike rentals
- Guided or scheduled experiences
- Membership-based rides or passes (where applicable)
2. Standard Cancellation Policy (Hydrobikes & Bookings)
To receive a refund or full reschedule option, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking.
Cancellations made:
- 48+ hours before → Full refund or free reschedule
- Less than 48 hours before → Not eligible for refund; reschedule or credit may be offered at our discretion
- No-shows → No refund or credit
3. Weather & Safety Cancellations (Company-Initiated)
We prioritize guest safety above all else.
If we cancel due to weather, wind, unsafe water conditions, equipment issues, or operational concerns:
- You will be offered a full refund OR
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost
We are not responsible for costs associated with travel, parking, or incidental expenses.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other guests. Full charges still apply. We cannot guarantee extensions or rescheduling for late arrivals.
5. Memberships, Passes & Packages
If applicable:
- Memberships and passes are non-refundable after purchase
- Credits or unused visits may expire based on the terms of the specific plan
- Promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
