If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for Hydrobike rentals only.

You must cancel at least 48 hours before your Hydrobike ride to receive a refund or reschedule your booking. Please read the 48 hour cancellation policy below or on the footer of lbwaterbikes.com

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will not be entitled to a refund. To avoid this, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
