How it works

Giving a ride?

A ticket is a gift that does not need a date. They pick their day whenever they are ready. Want to give a dollar amount instead? Send a gift card.

Good to know

  • Never expires. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Convenient dock check-in, in front of Ballast Point Brewery, 110 N. Marina Dr., Long Beach. Free parking.
  • You don’t need to know how to swim. Life jackets are required, and we provide them.
  • Ride-along kids ages 4 to 9 can ride with an adult on Day rides, as long as the adult and child together weigh 250 lb or less. Everyone else pedals their own hydrobike and must reach the pedals, usually around age 10.
  • Conditions on the bay can change quickly. If the weather isn’t right for riding, we’ll call you to reschedule.
