2. Services

Long Beach Waterbikes LLC provides recreational hydrobike rentals, guided or self-guided water experiences, wellness classes, and related activities on Alamitos Bay, Long Beach, California. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety requirements, and operational discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel services at any time for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.

3. Eligibility

Participants must:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet safety requirements.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in water-based recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Injury from falls, slips, or collisions
  • Weather changes, wind, waves, or water conditions
  • Equipment malfunction or improper use
  • Contact with other participants, vessels, or objects
  • Exposure to sun, heat, or cold water

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with these activities.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you hereby release and hold harmless Long Beach Waterbikes LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of participation in our activities, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law.

6. Safety Rules

All participants agree to:

  • Follow staff instructions at all times
  • Wear any required safety equipment when provided
  • Refrain from operating equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Respect other participants, staff, and shared water space
  • Return equipment in the same condition it was issued, reasonable wear and tear excepted

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates safety rules without refund.

7. Weather & Cancellations

All activities are weather-dependent. We may cancel, delay, or reschedule experiences due to unsafe conditions including wind, storms, or water hazards.

Customer cancellations and refunds are subject to the Company’s posted cancellation policy at the time of booking.

8. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options are provided at the Company’s discretion and according to the booking policy.

9. Website Use

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and logos—is the property of Long Beach Waterbikes LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services
